About AFT
Helping clients bring clarity, control, and confidence to complex projects.

Adam Tardif, Project Manager
I’m a project professional with more than 20 years of experience working across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential environments. My background began in the electrical industry, where I built my career through field experience, technical leadership, and a strong understanding of how complex work comes together from planning through execution. As a licensed Master Electrician and Red Seal 309A Construction & Maintenance professional, I bring both practical trade knowledge and structured project oversight to every engagement.
What drives my work is a simple belief: projects perform better when they are led with clarity, organization, and accountability. I have built my career around helping teams stay aligned, solving complex problems before they grow, and creating efficient systems that keep work moving forward. Whether I am supporting an electrical project, coordinating a broader construction effort, or stepping into a project that needs to be stabilized, my focus is always the same; bring order to complexity and help clients move ahead with confidence.
My approach is grounded in efficiency, organization, complex problem solving, and leadership. I am someone who looks at the full picture, identifies what is slowing progress down, and creates a practical path forward. I value strong communication, disciplined follow through, and a work environment where expectations are clear and people can perform at their best. Clients and project teams benefit from that approach because it reduces confusion, improves coordination, and supports better decisions throughout the life of a project.
Having also operated my own electrical contracting business, I understand projects from more than one perspective. I know the realities of field execution, client expectations, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and the pressure to deliver quality work efficiently. That experience allows me to serve not just as a project manager, but as a practical partner who understands what it takes to lead work successfully in real-world conditions.
Today, I focus on helping clients through three core service areas: Electrical Project Management, Construction Project Coordination and Owner-Side Support, and Project Recovery. My foundation is strongest in electrical and construction, but the skills I bring; planning, coordination, leadership, and execution control are transferable across industries where complex work depends on structure and follow through.
At the core of everything I do is a commitment to helping clients simplify complexity, strengthen delivery, and achieve better project outcomes.
